A FATTER United States! ...FREE giveaway!

Can you believe that in 1991 NO state had an obesity rate of over 20% but now ONLY ONE state is under 20%!?! (can you guess which one?...keep reading) Six states had obesity rates over 30% (who did the worst?)! An average of 26.1% of American adults are obese! Not one single state lowered its obesity percentage! I think it's time we fought back. We have to change our thinking about how we live. We need to energize our lives with movement, nutrition, water, and a healthy emotional balance!

Remember a few key points:
1) Act now! Motivation later!
I just read a funny article where the gentleman said he was doing his yoga preparation... for 2 months! Just act, you'll feel better when you're done.
2) Health is not destination.
Being healthy is an everyday choice. Did you get adjusted today? Did you exercise? Did you encourage and motivate others? Did you drink water? Did you take your Biotics ProMulti vitamin-mineral complex? Did you eat healthy? etc. Everyday you should re-commit to YOURSELF!
3) We're here to help! Call and schedule a nutritional appointment to set your action plan in motion! 480-945-7800! AND- if you're a good candidate for our meal replacement Take Shape for Life Program, we'll give you up to 2 weeks totally FREE! Act now and find out more.

Childhood obesity has tripled since 1980. Include your children, friends, and family in your health revolution. Encourage them, challenge them, build a team! Did you know there are more people with obesity than people with hunger in Africa?

Try this healthy new recipe from Jessica Seinfeld's cookbook Deceptively Delicious.
Tofu Nuggets:
cut up extra firm tofu into cubes and dip them into a puree of 2 bunches of washed, de-stemmed, wilted spinach combined with one beaten egg. Then dip them into one cup panko mixed with flaxmeal (I used about 3 tsbps), 2 tbsp parmasean cheese, and paprika (I used ~1/2 tsp). Cook them in a pan at med-high in 1 tbsp of olive oil until they are brown on all 4 sides. They are delicious! And, her book has some other very interesting, heathy recipes.
